Currently, some locations and times are fully booked. If you are unable to book in your preferred time in my calendar, please contact me and I will add you to my waitlist for first priority when a time becomes available.

Payment, Rebates & Funding
I am able to offer rebates to a wide range of private health insurance funds, so please contact me to discuss this further. I also see clients funded through NDIS, VOCAT/FAS, Work Cover, Historical Abuse Redress Scheme or National Redress Scheme.
As a counsellor, I am unable to accept mental health care plans (Medicare rebates). Read more about this topic and whether Medicare rebates are your best choice here.
What happens next?
It can be a little daunting taking the first step of making a booking with a new therapist. To help this process for you, I have detailed what to expect after you make an enquiry or a booking.
Contact from Deeper Perspectives
After submitting a contact form or email, I will contact you so I can get an idea of what you are wanting from our sessions, check that I am the right person for you, and answer any questions you may have. This discussion can be via phone call, text, or email, whichever you feel comfortable with.
Alternatively, if you chose to book in directly using the link, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.
Fill in Forms
After making contact with you, I will send you some forms to fill in. These need to be completed before our first session as it covers important things like consent, privacy, and your details. If you feel uncomfortable completing the forms online, or any other issues, I can provide paper copies.
Payment
Payment is required at the end of each session. You can choose to have your card securely stored online (via Tyro Health) and automatically deducted or manually via EFTPOS. For online clients, you can chose to pay by Direct Deposit or by card online.
First Appointment
You’ll receive a reminder text the day before your session, confirming the day and time of our session. Our first session is normally me getting to know you and your story, create rapport, and set goals together.
Future Appointments
Future appointments can be made at the end of our session or you can use the online booking system. Usually appointments are fortnightly but may be weekly or monthly, depending on how you are going.
It is important to be consistent with your therapy appointments in order to gain the most benefit. It is recommended to book at least 3 appointments ahead to ensure you secure your preferred time and not have too much gap between sessions.
Cancellation Policy
When an appointment is made, this is time reserved just for you.
Life can frequently get in the way of our plans and so I take care to balance this with ensuring appointments and time is not wasted.
Please communicate with me as soon as you think you will need to change or cancel an appointment, as this allows me to offer this time to others who may really need it.
